Michael Crossling Partner
Starting with us as a trainee solicitor in 1993, Michael became a partner in 2001.
Michael has experience in a number of fields and has been able to build up a client base in a number of areas both commercial and domestic, both litigious and non-litigious.
Like his fellow partners Michael is a Law Society Accredited Residential Conveyancer. He is also a member of Resolution.
Michael has a legal background in litigation which has helped him become a problem solver. He now mainly concentrates on property transactions and with over 20 years of conveyancing experience, Michael is highly recommended for both residential and commercial work by the local estate agents and brokers alike, often being the go to lawyer for more complex matters as well as the more standard stuff. Michael has built up a wealth of loyal clients over the years and acts for many of the businesses in the locality, land estates and a national company. Michael has been praised for his handling of complex business leases, purchase and sale of companies by sale of shares, farm and land transactions to starter homes and holiday flats. Michael is very approachable and has a good knack of speaking in a language that clients understand
